In order to expose Morse students to San Diego State University and their programs, SDSU is offering 50 students to sign up to take part on a field trip to their campus on Oct. 26, 2018 from 9am-3:30pm.

The field trip includes activities like taking a tour of the campus, having lunch with SDSU  students, attending lectures, presentations on financial Aid, EOP, and admission.

“The field trip to SDSU is very comprehensive in that students get a full experience of what it is like to be a freshman in college,” said Counselor Warren Wegener.

The sign-up sheet will be in the counseling office until Oct 19, 2018 for juniors and seniors with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.

“I think attending the field trip will help students to really think about their future in regards to post second education,” said Wegener.

All attending students will be provided with a bus however, students who drive or go with their parents will not be allowed inside.

“With the opportunities we have through college fairs, college campus visits, and field trips there is enough for students to be able to formulate a plan for their future,” said Wegener.
